Account Registration and Responsibilities

Cert2Pass and all related logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Cert2Pass. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans mentioned are the trademarks of their respective owners.

User Content

By submitting content to our platform (such as comments, feedback, or study notes), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license.

Purchases and Payments

When you make a purchase through our platform, you agree to:

• Provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information
• Promptly update your account and payment information
• Pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred
• Pay applicable taxes on your purchases

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason.

Exam Preparation Disclaimer: While we strive to provide high-quality study materials, we do not guarantee that using our services will result in passing any certification exam. Exam success depends on many factors including your study habits, prior knowledge, and the specific exam version you take.

Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for any third-party content, websites, or services linked from our platform. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cert2Pass, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Loss of business opportunity
• Cost of substitute services
• Failure to pass certification exams
• Any other intangible losses

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cert2Pass and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through our services

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cert2Pass regarding your use of our services.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by us.
