Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date
  • You have not completed more than 25% of the course or study materials
  • You have not downloaded more than 25% of available resources
  • You have not passed or attempted the actual certification exam
  • Your account is in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds on a case-by-case basis:

  • If you have completed between 25% and 50% of the materials
  • If technical issues prevented you from accessing content (we will investigate)
  • If you purchased multiple courses and only want to return some of them

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Note: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you used a credit card, the refund will appear as a credit on your card statement. If you paid via PayPal or another method, the refund will be returned to that account.

Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

  • After 30 Days: Refund requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date
  • Completed Courses: Courses where you have completed more than 50% of the content
  • Exam Attempts: If you have already taken and passed the actual certification exam
  • Downloaded Materials: If you have downloaded more than 50% of available PDF resources
  • Promotional Offers: Purchases made during special promotions or with discount codes may have different refund terms
  • Gift Cards: Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Subscription Renewals: Automatic subscription renewals (you can cancel before the renewal date)
  • Terms Violations: Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Third-Party Purchases: Purchases made through third-party platforms or resellers

Subscription Cancellations

If you have a recurring subscription, you can cancel at any time:

  • Log in to your account and go to Profile Settings
  • Navigate to the Subscription section
  • Click Cancel Subscription
  • Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation

Important: Canceling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. If you wish to request a refund for your current billing period, please follow the refund request process outlined above within 30 days of your last payment.

Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund that falls outside our standard policy, please contact us. We will review your case individually and may make exceptions for:

  • Medical emergencies or serious illness
  • Significant technical issues that prevented access to materials
